This is mainly a media event with on site activity might include city or government officials

Offer tours of a business, schools. Introducing new products to the community
3. Client Appreciation
Stores might offer a discount to customers 1 day a month or might have special giveaways
4. New Product launch.

.As an event planner I must organize and anticipate every detail of the event.I must know what to buy or rent and how the event will unfold.
