Lets go through the fundraiser part first:
Instead of playing for money have gift certificates, dvd, food baskets. Business can donate prizes it is a good way to advertise and help out a fundraiser.
You would need to get tables for roulette,blackjack etc. Also need a dealer at each table
You could also set up a buffet
Hire a band or dj
Have a cash bar
The difference between doing a fundraiser and playing for money, you need to have a legal gaming license

Band Night could work different ways.
We could do one band only and just make it a dance
Or one band only for a concert
Or what I think would be fun is to have several bands that play different types of music and maybe have a two day event and every band plays for 2 hours each.
This would have to be coordinated very good.
There would be a schedule of what time each band performs
Fans could purchase tickets to only one band or a day passs that they could come and go to listen to different bands.
There are several bands in Colorado Springs with a wide range of music. There would be something for everyone.
Whichever way Magical Productions LLC can help you plan a day or night full with music to enlighten the soul and dance the night away.

Starting today April 17,2016 I will be posting a different event everyday beginning with the letter a. I also like to get viewers participation . If I don't have a event listed with that letter please let me know, I like to make this a fun activity for everyone.
Our first event is Anniversary Parties.
Are you getting ready to celebrate an anniversary or know someone who is? Don't have the time to plan a anniversary party? Why not hire an event planner ? Magical Productions LLC offers the following services:
1. Find the right venue for you - Based on your budget and the atmosphere you would like. Weather it is indoors or outdoor celebration.
2. Food- Do you want the event catered or are you preparing your own food ? ( note this can make a difference where party is to be held.)
Also consider any guest food allergies.
3. Cake- Hiring a cake decorator or making your own.
4. Decorations
5. Music live band or dj
6. Invitations- email invites, or regular mail invites
