Casino Night is great for a fundraiser. It can also be used for playing for real money
Lets go through the fundraiser part first:
Instead of playing for money have gift certificates, dvd, food baskets. Business can donate prizes it is a good way to advertise and help out a fundraiser.
You would need to get tables for roulette,blackjack etc. Also need a dealer at each table
You could also set up a buffet
Hire a band or dj
Have a cash bar
The difference between doing a fundraiser and playing for money, you need to have a legal gaming license
