Invitations:
Teens will usually send invitations by email or text just ask them to include a line that lets them know if they can bring other guest or not and whether the party is formal or not.
Decorations
Most teens don't care about decorations unless it is a theme party
Activities
Most teen are happy with just music and playing video games. Other suggestions are going to a restaruant , bowling,etc.
Food and Drink
If the party is casual uou might consider ordering pizza, chinese food or chicken. Add in some chips veggie dips, and cake. Drinks can be soft drinks, or virgin pina coladas or daiquiris.
