Wedding Time Frame

Month 6


Meet with all your vendors to verify and finalize your selections


Create maps and write directions for your guests


Hire limo or car service for yourself and for the wedding party


Start thinking about the honeymoon plans.
Do you want a tropical vacation?
Gather travel brochures, check out websites, talk to a travel agent




Schedule time off of work. Your going to need a few days or a week for last minute details.


Book hair and makeup appointments for the wedding day.


Finalize the guest list.


If the reception does not supply them find a place to rent linens, place settings, silverware etc.


Start mailing thank you cards if you received any gifts.


Let the  bride and grooms mother know what to expect so they can start looking for there wedding outfits,




Reserve the groom's formalwear from the rental company, including shoes


Schedule groomsmen fittings and reserve formalwear from rental company.


Decide on wedding favors. Order supplies if needed.


If you plan to stay in a bridal suite, hotel or bed & breakfast  on your wedding night book room now.


Choose gifts for the wedding party.


If your worried about dancing in front of everyone at the reception, look into dance lessons.
